Heart Shaped Soap Bars

Valentine’s Day is almost here and love is in the air. The best way to show somebody how much you love them is to make them a handmade gift.
These ❤ shaped soap bars are made with a triple butter soap base that contains a blend of Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Mango Butter. Add calming pieces of lavender to beautify and nourish your skin. 🧼

This easy, fun and quick project is kid-friendly and makes great non-edible class gifts too!

SUPPLIES:

Heart Shaped Soap Mold

2 Beakers or bowls

Spatula

Ingredients:

1 lb Melt & Pour Soap Base- Triple Butter

10 drops Lavender Fragrance Oil

1/4 cup Dried Lavender Buds (optional)

5 drops Pink Coloring

Tools:

Heart Shaped Soap Molds (affiliate link)

Rubbing Alcohol (for spritzing)

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: Remove the Triple Butter soap base from package and cut 1 lb. into 1 inch cubes. Place the soap cubes into two beakers and begin heating on hot plate or in microwave for 30 second intervals. Slowly stir while the product melting on hot plate or in between intervals in microwave.

STEP 2: While Triple Butter Soap is melting, spritz soap molds with rubbing alcohol and sprinkle lavender buds into the soap mold cavities.

STEP 3: When the soap base is melted, and Lavender Oil to one beaker and mix until combined.

STEP 4: Carefully pour the mixture into the soap molds. Spritz with alcohol and allow to cool.

STEP 5: Add purple colorant and Lavender Oil to the other beaker and mix until combined.

STEP 6: Carefully pour the mixture on top of the white soap in the soap molds. Spritz with alcohol and allow to cool.

STEP 7: Remove from soap mold when cool and hardened.

How to Use: Apply to wet skin, lather up, and rinse thoroughly.
